The Lullaby House

The teen pregnancy rate in Dallas is one of the top in the country as well as repeat births in young girls ages 14-18. We provide programs and services to teen moms in the community. With our Community Care Program we hold workshops and classes on parenting, child development, life skills, financial literacy, educational attainment, health and wellness and counseling sessions. We are 1 of 3 homes (currently open) in the state of Texas licensed to provide long-term residential services to pregnant and parenting teens and their babies in CPS foster care. The teens in our Licensed Residential Maternity Home have long term housing with programs and services to help them become self sufficient and by giving them supportive resources to help them become responsible parents and citizens.

Through a combination of grace, love, and respect we will strive to create a nurturing environment for teenage mothers.

Our Needs

The funds acquired will help The Lullaby House in maintaining a safe, supportive licensed residential maternity home for teen mothers and their children. We are in need of financial support to cover the monthly expenses such as mortgage, salaries, utilities, transportation, needed supplies and maintenance. The Lullaby House will need clothing for all moms and children. We need improved transportation to transport our clients. We are in need of transportation to ensure we can assist the teens with getting to school, doctors appointments, counseling, trainings and jobs.
